These practices are very complementary to psychotherapy. They also aim at bringing more awareness and their great interest, in the work I do, is that they have this ability to by-pass the logical mind.
KUNDALINI YOGA can be practiced on its own as a very complete technology in itself, and it can also be practiced as a booster of your psychotherapy, either as an help for integration or as a way to let well hidden problematics resurface. Receiving REIKI also by-passes the logical mind. If you believe that there is more to life than what we can see, you might be open to a Reiki session. Reiki aims at making the universal energy (Rei) work with your personal energy (Ki). The energy of Reiki works through non conscious blocages. There is no need to believe in anything particular to receive Reiki. It is at the least a wonderful way to work on letting go of logic, embrace trust in a higher intelligence. GONG BATH MEDITATION – SOUND HEALING
Offered regularly sound healing uses the vibrations of the gong, Tibetan bowl, drum. This is a passive meditation that brings deep relaxation, slows down mind activity. Let the sound wash over you body and resonate deep inside. It gives a sense of rest and rejuvenation.

Kundalini Yoga is very unique and different from all other forms of Yoga. Kundalini Yoga as brought to the West by Yogi Bhajan is a household yoga. Everybody can practice Kundalini Yoga, regardless of body shape and age*. The Kundalini Yoga technology brings physical and mental strength, and is a source of connection to your higher self. It works on the physical and mental levels and on the level of your soul.
It comes from an ancient yogic tradition and helps to achieve physical, mental and spiritual balance*. Kundalini Yoga uses kriyas (sets of exercises) including physical postures, mudras, chanting mantras and meditations. Kundalini Yoga is the Yoga of awareness.

I am a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and enjoy sharing this powerful technology that can bring strength, balance and clarity in your life. Kundalini Yoga has been part of my everyday life for years now and is a constant source of growth and a path towards Self.
As a Gestalt psychotherapist I offer breathing exercises, meditations and mantras as part of suggestions to help relieve anxiety, depression symptoms and lack of physical energy in my clients.*. As a psychotherapist, I find Kundalini Yoga very interesting in bringing more body awareness. Emotions start in the body. The more aware you are of your body, the more aware you become of how you do life.

Your Kundalini Yoga class is held every Tuesday night at 6:00pm and Friday morning at 9:00am in Nicholson, Vic.
